Honza Čulík, the co-founder and wine selector of Alma Wines, our sister import company, is organizing Bottled Alive, a legendary wine festival truly buzzing with life, for the seventh time this year. After the busy festival Saturday in Tábor, the action will arrive to Alma as well! Join us on Sunday, January 21st to indulge in a special "The Best of Alma" tasting sharing menu by our chefs Petr Židek and Michal Daněk, who have prepared a 5-course selection of our bestsellers and signature dishes, with an optional "Bottled Alive" wine pairing.

The lunch will be followed by a lively, free-to-attend debate on the future of natural wines, organised in collaboration with the legendary Karakterre Wine Festival (Austria / USA).

12 – 15 lunch: "The Best of Alma" Tasting Sharing Menu

• Grilled beef tongue, Waldorf salad with celery, marinated apple, walnut relish, pickled eldeberries

• Lángos, stracciatella, pickled pumpkin with sea buckthorn juice, curly kale and pumpkin seeds pesto, herbs

• Beef tartare, black garlic emulsion, pickled cucumber, onion, crispy kale, toasted bread

• Fried trout with black trumpet mushroom, grilled bone marrow with herb salad, pickled lemon and sea buckthorn, baked potatoes

• Honey cake, beer ice cream, walnut cream, bee pollen, black beer with kombucha and honey, rhubarb root oil
