At Alma, we're building the place we've always dreamed of: a spacious and multi-faceted culinary concept with a courtyard garden and an old historic cellar that will come alive with cultural events as well as our fermentation experiments. An organism pulsing with new ideas thanks to an enthusiastic team of professionals who all pull together.

Alma has a solid background and track record (our founders also run the popular KRO Kitchen bistros as well as the Cube Hotel right next to Alma) and constantly strives to offer better and better experiences to everybody involved, from guests to staff. We expect our colleagues to be genuinely interested in their work and do things thoroughly, and we reward this attitude with fair pay and employee treatment. We are open, honest and support our staff in developing their talents and ideas.
