The bar is an integral part of Alma, naturally expanding our philosophy to cocktail form. A great many of our cocktail ingredients (tinctures, syrups, etc.), as well as our soft drinks and kombuchas, are prepared on-site by our head bartender Pavel Sochor and his team using traditional and innovative techniques and seasonally available ingredients from nature and the neighbouring kitchen.

And if you’re feeling peckish, you can choose from both our bar snacks (such as our signature nutritional yeast popcorn) or the restaurant's menu.
