CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation for 7 or more guests can be modified or cancelled free of charge no later than 48 hours before the reserved time. You may make changes or cancellations via the link in your confirmation email, on the restaurant’s website, by calling +420 601 150 800, by emailing info@almaprague.cz, or directly via the following link: edit your reservation here.
Should you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, and 3 or more guests are absent without prior notice, the person responsible for the booking is obliged to pay a cancellation fee of CZK 500 per absent guest.
In such case, Alma Restaurant is entitled to unilaterally apply the paid deposit toward the cancellation fee, thereby making the deposit non-refundable.
Deposits for group bookings serve as a guarantee for the reserved tableand will be deducted from the final bill. Payment of the deposit can be made via an online payment gateway or by bank transfer.
For reservations of more than 12 guests, please contact us at info@almaprague.cz with your booking request and billing information; we will be happy to issue a pro forma invoice.
The minimum spend for group reservations is CZK 2,000 per person, including food, beverages, and the 10% service charge.
A 10% service charge is automatically added to the final bill for reservations of 8 or more guests.
Separate billing is not available for group reservations.
For groups of up to 12 guests, the full à la carte menu is available. Larger groups are required to select a set menu in advance (Sharing menu or mini à la carte).
As our menu is based on seasonal ingredients and changes regularly, we reserve the right to make adjustments without prior notice.
The maximum table capacity in the restaurant is 12 guests. Larger groups will be seated at adjacent tables depending on availability and space.
Purchased seats for special events such as tastings, New Year's Eve dinner, etc. that are paid in advance at the time of booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., Czech Civil Code, as amended, the purchaser does not have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the purchaser and the event organiser in accordance with the provisions of Section 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without reason), given that it is a contract for leisure or catering services and the paid service is provided by the entrepreneur, i.e. in this case by Alma Prague restaurant, on a specific date or period.
